• Setting of the internal QA/QC system to ensure entire Project compliance. Developing Project and Company specific QA/QC processes, standards, philosophies and documentation,

• Preparation of all required  Contract documents,

• Yard selection process,

• Verification of Basic Design package, 

• Establishing of the QA/QC system, document control procedures and document management.

• Last but not least, we will supervise and perform all necessary inspections on daily basis ensuring that the final Product meets the best available quality requirements and fulfill Project QA/QC regime within agreed  schedule and budget limits.

• We are following Compliance requirements in design and fabrication process,  ensuring NYTEK/NS9415 and  other needed compliance requirements are met.
